Matthew 28: 19
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit"
God has given a mandate to all believers to go in His name, and make disciples of all nations, and that includes you! If you believe in He that has called you, there’s this confidence that will rise up within you, and whenever you stand to speak, the Holy Spirit will put the right words in your mouth.
God said in his word “I will build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it” (Matthew 16:18). So, go ye into all the earth and make this good news known. This is our mandate; this is why we were created. It is what we live for. Making known the one way by which man can be saved (JESUS).
Beloved, let’s not get tired of doing the work of our Father who has brought us into his marvellous light. When you stand for Christ, you stand for the greatest of all. Don’t worry about the level your prowess; Christ is your confidence. Remember it’s not your ability, it is by His Spirit. He’s the one that gives you utterance (Luke 21:15). His ability is at work in you.
Don’t ask how!!!... He needs your availability first, then He’ll give you the ability. Live for Christ. Let Him be your topmost priority, stay on Him. Let His work which is soul winning be you no. 1 business (Luke 2:49). Let God be first in your life. Let your love for Him be seen in your actions; the souls you win for Him. Don’t let his death be in vain. Take advantage of every opportunity you have to tell someone about Jesus.
We’ve got take risks for God. Paul is really an inspiration; his boldness/confidence is overwhelming. He stood before kings/great men and even despite the challenges he faced, he still used that opportunity to tell them about Christ; he had the confidence that the greatest of all was with him (2Timothy 1: 11-12). Just talk to people about Jesus and leave the convincing for the Holy Spirit, He’s always there to confirm your words (Mark 16:20).
You were born in this generation for a purpose exclusive to this generation alone. You were born as an answer to the cry of many. There are so many people that may not be saved except you tell them about Jesus; you are but their only hope (Romans 8:19). There are people you have been destined to lead to Christ; don’t lose them. Before Jesus died, He testified that He didn’t lose any of those the Father gave him (John 17:12)- The same goes to you; the souls that God has entrusted into your hands- in your place of work, school, and Church... Don’t lose them! Understand that you are there for a reason (Esther 4:14).
There’s no other way by which anyone can be saved (Acts 4:12), and always bear in mind that if no one tells them about Christ there’s no way they can be saved (Romans 10:14). Are you worried they won’t heed your words? That shouldn’t be your concern, your own job is to go in the name of Jesus, and by the power of the Holy Ghost and just talk to them; the Holy Spirit will do the rest (John 16: 7-8).
Go, and make disciples!
